What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-5 business days  for your order to ship out.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at onelineboutiqueofficial@gmail.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

All sales are final. We always provide detail pictures and description of the product as well as state the condition. We also encourage you to ask questions about any items you are interested in.


Can I cancel my order?
Yes, ONLY IF the item has not been shipped. And no additional fees will occur. 


I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
As per our policy we can only ship an item if both the billing and the shipping address match. If there is a discrepancy please sent an email at Onelineboutiqueofficial@gmail.com.


How long does shipping take?
We ship most of our items through USPS Priority mail which normally takes between 2-3 days. If any other service is being used then you will be notified and sent shipping information with the correct details.
